Description of the problem	I received a notice from mbusa regarding the takata airbags in my vehicle. The very weekend i went to open road mercedes in bridgewater, nj. The service team said there is no eta for replacement and could be up to 2 years. I immediately went to check out pre- owned vehicles and reached a deal the following weekend with the sales team with a trade in value and provided down payment.. The manager of the dealership told me his sales was worn in their estimate and he needs to reduce the trade in value by 3700 $ due to the airbags. They sold the vehicle at full price, cannot fix it for 2 years but want to reduce the price for trade in. Mbusa needs to either fix it timely or give fair trade in value for a fault that was due to mbusa. The dealers are bleeding the owners of defective vehicles and taking advantage.
